My VPS Host is committed to uphold the highest ethical standards in its business practices and strives to collect, use and disclose personal information in a manner consistent with the laws of countries in which it does business.

This Privacy Policy sets forth the privacy principles that My VPS Host follows with respect to personal information transferred from the European Economic Area (EEA) (which includes the twenty-eight member states of the European Union (EU) plus, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway).

My VPS Host has certified that it adheres to the Privacy principles of Notice; Choice; Accountability for Onward Transfer; Security; Data Integrity and Purpose Limitation; Access; and Recourse, Enforcement and Liability within the scope of its Privacy certification. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Principles shall govern.

My VPS Host collects the following data and lists the purpose of collection:

My VPS Host participation in the Privacy applies to all personal data that is subject to the My VPS Host Privacy Agreement and is received from the European Union and European Economic Area. My VPS Host will comply with the Privacy principles in respect of such personal data.

My VPS Host accountability for personal data that it receives under the Privacy Policy and subsequently transfers to a third party is described in the Privacy Principles. In particular, My VPS Host remains responsible and liable under the Privacy Principles if third-party agents that it engages to process the personal data on its behalf do so in a manner inconsistent with the Principles, unless My VPS Host proves that it is not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.

My VPS Host acknowledges that EU individuals have the right to access the personal information that we maintain about them. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data, should submit a written request to the Chief Legal Officer and can be reached at billing@myvpshost.org. If requested to remove data, we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

My VPS Host has further committed to refer unresolved privacy complaints under the Privacy Principles to BBB EU PRIVACY SHIELD, a non-profit alternative dispute resolution provider located in the United States and operated by the Council of Better Business Bureaus.
